About the position

The Sales & Business Operations Manager will oversee and optimize sales and business processes within a Healthcare/Medicare company, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness. This strategic role requires a results-oriented leader with a strong background in sales and business operations, particularly in the Medicare landscape. The position involves managing cross-functional teams, implementing process improvements, and driving organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and optimize sales technology including CRM.
  • Monitor sales performance and maintain a solid understanding of the lead generation funnel.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve business operations and enhance productivity.
  • Oversee call center operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to streamline operations.
  • Manage and support a team of operational staff, promoting collaboration and high performance.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee the budgeting process and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Ensure operational activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and business operations management, preferably in the health or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and business operations software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in Medicare.
  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Expert knowledge in CRM or Salesforce.
