About the position
The Sales Associate position at Pyramid Consulting Group, LLC involves providing exceptional customer service and sales support for a luxury fashion brand at their boutique in NorthPark Dallas. This is a full-time temporary role expected to last between 3 to 5 months, requiring candidates to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide elevated customer service and sales support to clients
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and provide clients with details related to brand and product knowledge
- Assist with retail operations, shipping, receiving inventory, stock organization and replenishment of product
- Perform additional duties as needed and assigned
Requirements
- Blend of experience between retail customer service and back of house support
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience supporting contemporary fashion or retail brands, preferably from apparel and/or leather goods
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the duration of the shift
