About the position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while driving sales and ensuring a positive experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining the overall brand presence which has earned us the #1 residential solar company in the state.

Responsibilities

• Identify candidates who can benefit from Solar Canvassing experience preferred
• Process customer purchases efficiently while ensuring a smooth checkout experience
• Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer knowledge and encourage sales
• Maintain projects through to install
• Self motivation and organization
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy
• Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Canvassing and Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
• Familiarity with technology and a working phone or tablet
• Experience in supervising or mentoring others is advantageous
