About the position
The Sales Associate at Spirit Halloween plays a crucial role in supporting the Store Management Team during the setup, operation, and teardown of a seasonal store. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of guest service while contributing to sales and store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Management Team in the setup and teardown of the seasonal store.
- Maintain Guest Services according to Company Standards.
- Generate sales through effective merchandising and customer engagement.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the store clean and organized.
- Assist with pricing, signing, and POS operations.
- Implement loss prevention strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
