  • Supporting and coaching team members in selling, service, and operations.

  • Supporting client loyalty programs and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for success.

Requirements

  • Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.

  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
