About the position

The position is responsible for managing and executing the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process at the business unit level, focusing on mid- and long-term planning. The role involves consolidating executive outputs, understanding business stakes, validating business ambitions, and aligning plans with network leaders. The individual will lead the Shortage Taskforce for global red alerts, monitor service levels, and support supply chain design efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the SIOP process at the business unit level.
  • Lead the Shortage Taskforce for global red alerts under allocation status.
  • Run the SIOP Business Executive Meeting according to the playbook definition.
  • Assess SIOP maturity and raise it to best in class.
  • Monitor supply chain readiness coverage and control the process through maturity self-assessment.
  • Contribute to the SIOP Community and participate in external events.
  • Secure maximum leverage on the End-to-End digital platform and monitor its functionalities.
  • Support or lead the Red Alert process and evaluate crisis levels.
  • Monitor supply chain performance for a set of product lines in terms of OTD, inventory, lead-times, and shortages.
  • Optimize the supply chain flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics management, business administration, industrial engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.
  • Relevant experience in the supply chain field, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, or demand planning.
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools, such as SAP and Kinaxis.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management (MSCM) or MBA with a focus on operations and supply chain.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional, Lean expert, or Six Sigma.
