Responsibilities

  • Manage the special requirements for internal and external customers.
  • Manage Automation demo equipment including inventory and shipments to the Sales team.
  • Bridge departments by coordinating communication of customer needs.
  • Maintain databases.
  • Develop and maintain relationships across departments and vendors.

Requirements

  • College level coursework or 2+ years relevant work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and customer contact skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to perform and retain various skill-related tasks, training, and operations.
  • Effectively sets priorities and meets deadlines.
