Responsibilities
- Manage the special requirements for internal and external customers.
- Manage Automation demo equipment including inventory and shipments to the Sales team.
- Bridge departments by coordinating communication of customer needs.
- Maintain databases.
- Develop and maintain relationships across departments and vendors.
Requirements
- College level coursework or 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and customer contact skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Demonstrates computer skills and aptitude; Microsoft Office preferred with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to perform and retain various skill-related tasks, training, and operations.
- Effectively sets priorities and meets deadlines.
