About the position

The Sales and Marketing Manager at Your Home Care, Inc. is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to enhance the lives of seniors through personalized home care solutions. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, achieving sales targets, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's services in Orange County.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, promote, and maintain lasting relationships with all referral sources including nursing homes, hospitals, and geriatric care managers.
  • Assess, document, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the plan of care for clients.
  • Manage issues related to client care as they arise.
  • Generate referrals and new business from various sources to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing and sales efforts, client care, prospects, and clients.
  • Present home care services to potential referral sources and prospects.
  • Attend work-related meetings and events.
  • Create and implement a successful and strategic marketing plan.
  • Achieve targeted sales, onboarding, and revenue goals.
  • Connect with prospective clients and their families and close sales after in-home care assessments.
  • Increase name recognition in the senior community through various advertising and marketing channels.
  • Manage website and social media to create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Plan events and luncheons for potential referral professionals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in healthcare or home care settings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proven self-starter with a positive attitude and high emotional intelligence.
  • Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance.
  • Strong customer service track record with measurable results.
  • Strong computer, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM and Apple technology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in medical sales or account management.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
