About The Position

A leading B2B enterprise AI legal technology startup is seeking Sales and Growth Associates to join a rapidly expanding team. This role is designed for driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building relationships through consultative selling. You will work directly with founders, engineers, and researchers, guiding them through complex U.S. visa processes while establishing credibility and trust with a high-caliber audience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing capacity, such as consulting, sales, or relationship management.
  • Proven success working with sophisticated and technical audiences, including founders, engineers, and researchers.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in consultative sales techniques and multi-stage engagement processes.
  • Strong ability to convey complex, technical information with clarity, professionalism, and confidence.
  • Comfort and adaptability in fast-moving startup environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as an Account Executive, Consultant, or Venture Capital Associate is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily calls with prospective clients, providing structured advice on available U.S. visa options and pathways.
  • Convert high-intent inbound leads, consistently closing deals.
  • Maintain and manage ongoing communication via email to answer questions, nurture prospects, and ensure a smooth transition through the engagement process.
  • Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, including lead qualification, pipeline management, and CRM enhancement.
  • Collaborate across departments to refine and scale sales workflows, improve client experience, and increase operational efficiency.
