About the position

KeHE is a natural, organic, specialty, and fresh food distributor that emphasizes a people-first culture and is committed to good living, good food, and good service. The internship program is designed for rising seniors who have demonstrated high performance and leadership in various settings. Interns will own and drive impactful projects over the course of 10-12 weeks, with opportunities for mentorship and participation in learning events. The Sales Analytics Intern will specifically contribute to process efficiencies and support data-driven decisions within KeHE Distributors, gaining exposure to the CPG and grocery industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales analytics and reporting projects to improve efficiencies across the team.
  • Work with Microsoft Excel to analyze data and identify opportunities for streamlined processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales and data team to develop project ideas and provide analytical support.
  • Assist in rotational projects across different groups within the team.
  • Partner with team members to create actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Quantify project outcomes to highlight time savings and improved processes.

Requirements

  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (intermediate level).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely.
  • Interest in sales analytics and data-driven projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams to identify and deliver project ideas.

Nice-to-haves

  • Preferred experience with Power BI and SQL.
  • Interest or prior work experience in the CPG or grocery industry.
