Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets using effective sales techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Utilize point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate sales records.
- Supervise and train junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
- Use CRM and auto-dialer systems for efficient sales processes.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Computer proficiency is required, with a preference for experience using CRM and auto-dialer systems.
- Ability to pass a background check is necessary.
- Florida 2-15 Health, Life, and Annuities License required, with assistance available for qualified candidates.
Nice-to-haves
