The Sales Admin/Sales Support position at California Sport Design involves providing essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Create work orders for new projects submitted by sales representatives
- Schedule jobs for production, coordinating with the production team to ensure timely completion and efficient workflow
- Monitor job progress and schedule shipments upon completion
- Assist in purchasing products online from various suppliers
- Update and manage CRM software database
- Provide customer service and quotes for various customers
- Help manage inventory to fulfill program orders
- Answer phones and provide customer assistance as needed
- Support both owners with various projects as required
Requirements
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- General knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (a plus)
- Knowledge of CRM software (a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service/inside sales
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Team player
