About the position
The Floor Technician at Salemtowne is responsible for maintaining the safety, sanitation, and appearance of the facility's floors. This part-time role contributes to resident satisfaction and teamwork by managing furniture and furnishings as needed, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain floors according to set schedules to ensure safety and sanitation.
- Contribute to resident satisfaction by setting up, breaking down, and moving furniture as needed.
- Ensure the overall appearance of the facility is clean and welcoming.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of six months of general facility housekeeping experience with specific training in floor care equipment and procedures.
- Valid NC driver's license required with an excellent driving record.
