Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a friendly smile and quick, friendly, and personal service.
• Learning customers their names, favorite products and food items.
• Responds appropriately to customer concerns.
• Prepare sandwiches and salads to recipe.
• Slice cold meats, cheese and bread, according to order or recipe.
• Maintain a clean working area and other kitchen areas.
• Produce, validate and store foods listed on prep sheet by recipe in a timely manner.
• Follow procedures and existing recipes.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience in a food establishment a plus.
• Able to communicate politely and effectively with guests.
• Positive, enthusiastic and self-confident attitude.
• Operates calmly and proactively in stressful situations.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
