The Sage ERP Consultant will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing ERP operations within a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with production, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to improve business processes, enable system integrations, and ensure effective use of the Sage B7 ERP platform. The consultant will translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions, support end users, and drive system adoption across the organization. This position will be based at our Trenton, NJ office in a hybrid capacity.

Requirements

Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Sciences or Supply Chain related areas
Proven hands‑on experience supporting or implementing Sage B7 ERP, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with ERP integrations and interfacing systems
Experience training and supporting end users across multiple functional areas
Experience working with MES and/or WMS systems, preferred
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business decision‑making
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Serve as a functional expert for Sage B7 ERP, supporting core modules including: Sales and procurement, Production planning, scheduling, and simulation, Costing and cost accounting, Warehouse management and inventory control, Logistics, distribution, and shipping, Financial accounting and controlling, CRM functionality and dashboards/reporting
Analyze and optimize manufacturing, supply chain, and financial business processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Translate business requirements into scalable ERP configurations and functional solutions
Support and implement ERP system integrations (e.g., Oracle ERP, MES, WMS)
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between system functionality and operational needs
Deliver end‑user training and documentation to support system adoption and effective use
Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Assist with testing, upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity
