About the position

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in driving business insights and growth through top-line analytics, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Responsibilities

• Responsible for top-line analytics including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and general analytics to drive business insights and growth.
• Review monthly forecasts and explain deviations to budget, prior month, and prior year.
• Present and discuss results with Finance Manager, Finance Director, CFO, and Leadership team.
• Improve monthly forecasting and top-line reporting.
• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling forecasts.
• Assist with building multi-year plans and provide supplemental trend analysis as necessary.
• Develop dashboards for executives to provide insights into KPIs and overall business performance.
• Assist with special finance projects and partner with cross-functional departments in preparing analyses, including financial modeling of new business ideas, due diligence, M&A, and external evaluations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in FP&A, FDD, IB, or Financial consulting.
• Experience working in a consulting environment or directly with a SaaS-based company is a must-have.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus, but not required.
• ERP: NetSuite preferred.
• Data Analytics: PowerBI, Adaptive Planning, or Tableau will make you stand out.
