About The Position

Urbanex Pest Control is seeking a Route Technician to join their growing team. This role involves driving a company truck to multiple customer locations daily to inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build customer relationships. You will work independently on your assigned route, with support from a local team and dispatcher. Urbanex is a large and growing pest control company with opportunities for internal promotion.

Requirements

• No experience required
• Valid state pest control license, or ability to obtain one
• 21+ with a clean driving record and drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, lifting equipment, and talking with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Nice To Haves

• Experienced pest control technicians may initially earn higher rates dependent on experience
• Strong experience in a related trade (lawn care, HVAC, landscaping, facilities) also preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to 10-12 homes and businesses a day
• Inspect for pests
• Apply treatments
• Build relationships with customers
• Work independently on your route, backed by a local team and dispatcher
