About the position
The Route Service Representative (RSR) at Lord Baltimore Uniform is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts within the Rental Service Department. This role involves delivering and picking up various products such as uniforms, shop towels, and linens along a consistent route. The RSR must ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to company standards and is also tasked with expanding the customer base through upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safe and on-time delivery of products to customers
- Comply with and enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Obey posted speed limits and all other road rules
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries when necessary
- Complete any reports or logs
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and perform routine maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required
- Be able to work flexible hours
- Be at least 21 years old
- Obtain a DOT Medical Certification
- High School Diploma, GED, or Military Experience
- Must be able to work independently and proficiently
