About the position
The Route Sales Representative at Frito Lay Inc. is a full-time role focused on delivering, selling, and merchandising a wide range of Frito-Lay products to various local stores. This position involves driving a company truck, working independently to manage product deliveries, and collaborating with store managers to enhance sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores.
- Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different store locations.
- Unload orders and merchandise products at each store.
- Partner with store managers to increase sales and visibility of products.
- Maintain records and manage orders throughout the day.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain any additional licenses or endorsements required by the state.
- Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must pass a Department of Transportation physical and certification.
