About the position

The Route Service/Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to Aire-Master customers while actively growing the business through sales to new prospects and increasing services to existing customers. This role emphasizes maintaining high standards of service, professionalism, and communication to enhance customer relationships and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act in accordance with company mission, values, policies, and procedures.
  • Actively sell new services and products to existing customers and new prospects.
  • Provide service to existing customers according to frequency, specification, and Aire-Master standards.
  • Maintain a positive mental attitude and foster teamwork and communication.
  • Communicate effectively to build relationships with customers and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Maintain a professional appearance of oneself and company equipment.
  • Provide quality workmanship with attention to detail.
  • Recognize opportunities to sell new and added services to existing customers.
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to provide feedback and ideas.
  • Adapt easily to change and work efficiently as a self-starter.
  • Assist in training new franchise operators and employees.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in sales management (preferred)
