About The Position
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for an Room Service Coordinator who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Room Service Coordinator is the heart of the hotel delivering Guest Requests and Amenities to ensure a wonderful stay. Work authorization for the location is required. Requirements
- Work authorization for the location is required.
- Fluent English
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
Nice To Haves
- High School or college degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience in a luxury hotel
- Food and beverage knowledge
- Strong commitment to service
Responsibilities
- We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service!
- Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. This position involves a large volume of guest contact and excellent communication skills are required.
- In-Room Dining Coordinator offer quick, correct, precise and friendly service while accommodating guests’ specific requests and ensuring timeliness of service.
- The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required.
- Requires the ability to push up to 30lbs
- Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, including overnights, weekends and holidays
- The ideal candidate will also have solid food and wine knowledge, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Set tables and deliver orders to rooms
- Create and deliver amenities to rooms
- Answer phones and deliver clear and concise service over the phone
- Perform side-work which includes polishing, lifting, organizing, and cleaning
