About the position
We are seeking reliable roofing subcontractor crews for various locations including Banner Elk, Boone, Asheville, Weaverville, Hendersonville, Charlotte, Winston-Salem, and Greensboro. The role involves installing shingles and metal roofing, as well as performing repairs. Crews must have their own tools and equipment to complete the work efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Install shingles and metal roofing as per specifications.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on roofing systems.
- Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Must have own tools including ladders and metal breaks.
- Minimum of mid-level experience in roofing installation.
- Current W9 and active Certificate of Insurance (COI) required.
- Ability to provide references from previous work.
- Experience with various types of roofing installations.
