About The Position

The Roofing Installation Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of residential roofing and exterior construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. This role oversees job-site safety, installation quality, scheduling coordination, subcontractor performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on field leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with customers and crews, and takes pride in delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the construction industry with demonstrated expertise in roofing and siding installations.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a company vehicle and maintain insurability under the Company’s Commercial Auto Policy.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and execute project documents, specifications, and installation drawings.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee residential roofing and exterior installation projects from pre-construction through final completion
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and permits to ensure projects are installation-ready
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and resolving issues as needed
  • Conduct job-site inspections to ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to company and manufacturer standards
  • Lead subcontractors and crews to maintain productivity, workmanship quality, and professional job-site standards
  • Manage change orders, project documentation, and project closeout activities, including final walkthroughs and customer reviews
  • Identify and resolve project challenges quickly to maintain timelines, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain safe and organized job sites in compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations
  • Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experience
