About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate RNs to provide adult and pediatric private duty nursing in New Castle County, Delaware. We offer one-on-one care, flexible summer shifts, and opportunities in Middletown, Newark, and Wilmington. Our mission is to provide better care at home, and we support our nurses with extensive paid training, around-the-clock clinical support, and electronic charting. We care for clients of all ages and acuity levels, ensuring our nurses feel prepared and competent.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified accredited/approved nursing program
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care to adult and pediatric clients.
- Deliver care in clients' homes.
- Perform electronic charting using Statewise.
- Adapt care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
