The RN Staff Nurse position is a private duty role focused on providing one-on-one care for a 39-year-old female client with specific medical needs. The nurse will assist the client in daily activities and medical care, ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled medical care to the client, including management of trach, ventilator, and Mic-Key button.
• Assist the client with daily living activities and mobility using a power wheelchair and scooter.
• Ensure the client's comfort and safety in a home environment.
• Communicate effectively with the client and their family regarding care needs and preferences.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the client's needs, including weekends and various shifts.

Requirements

• Current RN License in the state of New Jersey.
• CPR Certification.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.
• Comfortable around pets.
