This is a Private Duty Registered Nurse RN position in Warsaw, IN, with a 3-day per week schedule, offering full-time hours for one patient. It features no rotating shifts, no overloaded assignments, and no chaos, providing a lower stress environment than hospital or facility roles with real work-life balance. You will provide skilled 1:1 nursing care in the home, follow and adjust the plan of care, monitor patient condition and report changes, communicate with the physician and care team, and complete timely and accurate documentation. We offer strong clinical support when you need it.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- 1+ year nursing experience
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to assist with patient mobility, up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
