About the position
UofL Health - Frazier Rehabilitation Institute is seeking part-time Rehabilitation Nurses to join our team. Located on the 11th Floor at 220 Abraham Flexner Way, Louisville, KY 40202, this position involves working day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. As a Rehabilitation RN, you will collaborate daily with physicians, therapists, and case managers to achieve the best outcomes for patients who have experienced life-altering events. Your role will include ensuring that appropriate plans of care are developed and implemented to meet the rehabilitation needs of patients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure appropriate rehabilitation plans are tailored to meet patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Requirements
- Current RN license in the State of Kentucky.
- BLS certification required from the American Heart Association.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Nice-to-haves
