About the position

Responsibilities

- Confer with nursing staff, physicians, and other department personnel to meet patient needs.
- Inform the hospital administrator on call of any situations requiring attention.
- Manage staffing to ensure continuity of professional nursing care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- At least two years of nursing experience in an acute care facility.
- Currently licensed in the State of North Carolina or hold a license from a compact State.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- De-Escalation Training (to be completed within 30 days).
