Responsibilities
- Manage patients' acute symptoms effectively.
- Perform routine plan of care visits for hospice patients.

- Document patient progress and care plans accurately.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Experience in hospice or palliative care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
