About the position
The RN Home Health position at InstantServe LLC in Mobile, AL, is a temporary travel nursing role focused on providing home health care services. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Document patient assessments and care plans using HCHB and Oasis documentation.
- Ensure compliance with health care regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Manage on-call responsibilities as required.
- Travel to various locations within Mobile County to deliver care.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
- Proof of current CPR certification is required.
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting is required.
- Experience with OASIS documentation is required.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase software is required.
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program is required.
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- CHPN certification is preferred.
- Experience in home health care for 2 years is preferred.
