BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager (bilingual in spanish) to lead our Assistive Care State Programs office in Elizabeth, NJ. This role blends leadership, clinical oversight, and meaningful one-on-one client impact to clients of all ages throughout Union County. Requirements
- Active RN license
- 2+ years of RN experience
- bilingual in spanish is required
Nice To Haves
- Home care or supervisory experience preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Provide clinical oversight for assistive care state program clients throughout Union County
- Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
