About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an RN Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg for an exciting Travel or Local job in Gainesville, FL. This position involves assessing and monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, performing procedures, collaborating with healthcare teams, and educating patients and families. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required (acute care, LTAC, home health, etc.)
- Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License required
- BLS required within 30 days of start
- ACLS required within 90 days of start
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patient condition during admission and scheduled shifts
- Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses
- Perform ordered procedures and document patient care accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and medications
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while ensuring safety and quality outcomes
