About the position
The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. The position is located in the 7 Heart & Lung unit, a 16-bed cardiac medical intermediate unit caring for patients with various cardiac conditions such as chest pain, unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction, rhythm disturbance, and heart failure/cardiomyopathy.
Requirements
- Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units
- Associates's degree from accredited college or University

- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or University
