About the position
We are Hiring at University Hospital. The position is located at 530 S Jackson St. Louisville KY, 40202. The shift options available are full-time nights from 7 PM to 7 AM. The 9 Core is a 6-bed neuroscience intensive care unit that provides care to patients with acute neurological conditions such as ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes. You may see neurodegenerative diseases, neuromuscular diseases, and various other neurological diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Requirements
- Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units
- Associates's degree from accredited college or University
