About the position
We are Hiring at University Hospital. 5 East is a 16-bed Bone Marrow Transplant unit that has embraced the recent advances in blood cellular therapies. The Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Bone Marrow Transplant unit.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Requirements
- Licensed or eligible for license in Kentucky
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required for some units
- Associate's degree from accredited college or University
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or University
