Responsibilities

• Administrative duties in support of Risk Management/Claims including:
• Administration and Organization of legal documents and litigation files
• Creating purchase requisitions
• Certified mailings
• Routine office tasks
• Processing payments for Claims and Environmental invoices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with case management software/organizational systems
• Working knowledge/experience with SAP (ICWEB & ECC environments), Peoplesoft & PFI
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, & Microsoft Outlook
• Excellent organizational/communication skills; Attention to detail; Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet time deadlines
• Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Nice-to-haves

• Prior legal/law firm work preferred
• Paralegal training or office management training preferred
