About the position
Skai is seeking a dynamic Expert Services Senior Specialist to provide world-class service to clients in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. This role focuses on campaign creation, optimization, and performance reporting, partnering with an Expert Services Manager to deliver elite-level results and ensure client growth. The position primarily involves working with Google Ads, Microsoft Search, and other digital marketing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Uphold the team mission to bring about client success and self-sufficiency within search marketing and management
- Execute ad campaigns at an elite level, optimizing performance to exceed clients' goals
- Act as a consultant and advisor to clients regarding media planning, campaign strategy and best practices
- Communicate the success and performance of assigned accounts, both internally and externally
- Provide paid media solutions & expert platform support to clients to enable them to use Skai's tools effectively
- Partner closely with the product development team to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunity
- Pursue solutions for managed clients beyond the tools and templates available
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 2-3 years of hands-on search campaign implementation, optimization and management experience
- Data analysis, Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills
- Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually
- Organized and methodical in approach to campaign management
- Energized by solving problems and finding opportunities to make a client successful
- Experience with Skai or other search marketing platforms preferred
- Google Adwords Certification is highly desirable
- Ability to travel occasionally
