Responsibilities

  • Grow business by independently and collaboratively closing sales and reaching sales goals.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to capture new business.
  • Cultivate additional business within existing accounts while building long-term relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador to clients and internal partners.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside business-to-business sales experience including prospecting and territory management.
  • Ability to cold call and manage time effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills in various formats (paper, in-person, phone).
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver on promises.

Nice-to-haves

  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing.
