Responsibilities

  • Deliver high impact technology initiatives and consult with clients to develop high performance solutions in Retirement, Capital Markets, and Financial Services.
  • Build relationships with Financial Services clients to sustain Accenture's profile as a long-term trusted advisor.
  • Advise clients on ways to measure and improve customer satisfaction, sales and revenue targets, and operational efficiency.
  • Design and execute large scale and complex integrated programs and transformations in the Retirement industry.
  • Implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation.
  • Synthesize overall technology needs by analyzing a variety of solutions to meet specific client requirements.
  • Manage banking implementation engagements from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, deliverables, and risk assessment.
  • Lead teams of Financial Services practitioners and coach junior team members.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Retirement or Capital Markets industry experience, leading transformations in a sales, operations, product or strategy role.
  • 5+ years of experience in management or technology consulting, with broad experience in engagement management and leading complex transformations.
  • 2+ years of experience with originating, qualifying, and closing new opportunities through delivering sales proposals.
  • 2+ years of experience making strategic recommendations for critical experiences, products or services.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a P&L or a pipeline of business development opportunities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including compelling storytelling skills.
  • Strong client relationship development and management skills.
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to build Business Cases for large enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Prior experience delivering CRM, CPQ, Lead to Order, Sales Transformation implementations.
  • Advanced degree or financial industry certification.
  • Experience working with onshore and offshore delivery teams.
  • Existing network of relationships within the Financial Services industry at decision-making levels.
