About the position

The Retail Supervisor at Gap Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the store leadership team by executing functional tasks and acting as a role model for employees. Responsibilities

• Support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned.
• Act as a role model to employees to support selling behaviors and execution of tasks.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs.
• Support sales leader during non-peak hours with a primary focus on customers.
• Collaborate effectively with employees to ensure timely and efficient completion of work tasks.
• Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
• Support completion of work before or after store operating hours, including opening and closing checklists.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• Experience in leadership roles within a retail environment.
• Ability to utilize technology effectively to engage with customers and team.
• Demonstrated interest and initiative towards continuous improvement and growth.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, and lift up to 30 pounds.
