About the position

The Retail Store Manager at Kid to Kid is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing a team of employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves a mix of leadership, retail management, and hands-on involvement in store activities, including inventory management and staff training. Responsibilities

  • Manage our team of 8-15 people
  • Read sales reports, submit payroll, manage scheduling
  • Run our boutique with passion and drive, treating our store like it was your own
  • Provide excellent customer service and encourage employees to do the same
  • Provide training to new and existing staff, demonstrating quality work to lead by example
  • Evaluate and price inventory using our buying software
  • Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process product
  • Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us

Requirements

  • 2 years of management experience
  • Experience in retail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and upbeat personality
