The Retail Store and Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Pagani showroom in Coral Gables, ensuring a high level of customer service and efficient management of inventory and staff. This role involves direct interaction with clients, vendors, and the parent company, making it essential for the manager to possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shop and its operations
• Set-up the windows
• Greet the customers and take care of their shopping needs
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, track the inventory levels
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times
• Be the point of contact for our Dealers' merchandise needs
• Be the point of contact for our Parent Company merchandise team
• Be the point of contact for the Showroom operations
• Take care of the office needs

Requirements
