About The Position

Operates point of sale system, reconciles tills and daily sales, processes exchanges and returns, and assists with opening and closing the store. Serves in a lead capacity over other employees and provides day-to-day direction. Designs appealing displays, replenishes stock, and inventories stock and sales rooms. Delivers effective customer service, fulfills order requests, performs overrides and voids, and mitigates escalated customer services issues. Reports suspicious activity to avoid inventory shrinkage.

  • Experience operating a point of sale system
  • Experience reconciling tills and daily sales
  • Experience processing exchanges and returns
  • Experience with store opening and closing procedures
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Visual merchandising or display design skills
  • Stock replenishment and inventory management experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to perform overrides and voids
  • Ability to handle escalated customer service issues
  • Awareness of loss prevention techniques
