About The Position
MobileOne is a T-Mobile Authorized Retailer seeking ambitious individuals to build real careers. We create opportunities, reward performance, and promote from within. You can expect an earning potential of $22.84 - $23.93/hour, with a $700 Ramp-Up Bonus and a guaranteed minimum 10% commission, plus an uncapped commission structure. Additional earning potential includes monthly SPIFFs, incentives, and a referral bonus of $350. Bilingual compensation is also available.
Requirements
- Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws.
- 18 years or older.

- Create sales opportunities by proactively engaging customers and identifying their wireless needs.
- Confidently sell devices, plans, accessories, and protection solutions that deliver real value.
- Consistently exceed monthly performance goals in a competitive, goal-driven environment.
- Sharpen sales skills daily through coaching, accountability, and repetition.
- Represent the brand with energy and professionalism while maintaining a store environment that reflects excellence.
