About the position

Are you a people person, persuasive, positive and confident? If so, we're now hiring Retail Sales Representatives and looking for people like you! We're a sales-based team seeking sharp, creative people who are comfortable calling on customers in your assigned territory, speaking with decision makers, and generating sales. You will make sure product is available for consumers at retail locations by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers. You will become an ambassador of world-famous brands. Responsibilities

• Call on customers in your assigned territory and speak with decision makers.
• Generate sales and fulfill merchandising needs of grocery-related customers.
• Increase sales volume through promotional activity by selling, building displays, and making plan-o-gram adjustments.
• Suggest and complete orders for new and out-of-stock items.
• Manage your time efficiently and work independently with little supervision.

Requirements

• You are 18 years or older.
• Have some sales experience or willingness to learn.
• Have a valid driver's license & reliable vehicle to travel daily within an assigned territory.
• Can lift 25 - 50 lbs.
• Have used a Smart device before or are ready to learn.

Benefits

• Competitive starting wage: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6-8am start with shifts averaging 8 hours for FT employees.
