About the position

The Retail Sales Consultant position at Sun Communication Mobile LLC involves exceeding monthly sales quotas and delivering high-quality sales performance. The consultant will be responsible for driving sales of mobile products and services, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring accurate completion of sales paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Deliver complete, high-quality sales that exceed company benchmarks.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to maximize sales and key metrics.
• Assist new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants as a role model.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Handbook.
• Master required systems such as RQ4 and Paycom.
• Check sales paperwork for discrepancies and errors.
• Follow cash depositing procedures and take responsibility for errors.
• Protect and maintain company assets and avoid fraudulent purchases.
• Complete opening and closing checklists accurately and timely.
• Communicate any inventory deficiencies to supervisors immediately.
• Safeguard all codes and passwords related to company operations.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training on time.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week availability.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Reliable transportation to location, training, and off-site meetings.
