Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary customer service by understanding customer needs.
- Build value by offering tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses.
- Represent the company and the AT&T brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Cooperate with fellow RSCs to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service.
- Achieve sales benchmarks and milestones for bonus opportunities.
- Excel in selling AT&T's products and services, including entertainment options.
- Work with wireless leaders to serve and succeed within the local community.
Requirements
- Sales experience
- Customer service skills
- Basic math skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Retail math knowledge
- Entry-level position with under 1 year of experience.
