About the position

Our team is a diverse and nimble group that manages Apple’s retail stores, workplaces and workplace services. We develop and manage Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities and customers in our facilities around the world. Apple Places, which builds and preserves Apple Retail’s global fleet of over 500 stores, is seeking an outstanding individual with exceptional operational and analytical skills and who is highly collaborative & motivated to join its worldwide Retail Real Estate Services team as an Associate.

Responsibilities

  • Support the operation of the Retail Real Estate Team through implementing operational excellence worldwide.
  • Own and manage projects, including analytical analysis to support Real Estate decision making.
  • Manage worldwide Real Estate Reporting for all levels of the organization.
  • Develop team data management and tracking systems.
  • Build reports and strategic plans and present findings.
  • Liaise with functional experts across Apple including Retail Finance, Retail Real Estate, Market Analysis, Design and Retail Real Estate Development and Preservation.
  • Support the effective development and implementation of the five-year strategy plan.
  • Support the effective development of the Retail Real Estate Capital Plan.
  • Prepare analytical analysis to support delivery of significant business initiatives.
  • Support Retail Real Estate Data Governance and Management.
  • Support Central Retail Real Estate Operations target deliverables.
  • Prepare presentation documents including presenting findings to all levels of management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in PMO or Operations for a top tier national or international retailer/owner occupier, Property Investment or Management Company.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent planning, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize multiple work streams, assess deliverables and timelines.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering cross functional projects.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Numbers.
  • Excellent Keynote presentation skills.
  • Strong Wrike skills preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
