About the position

The Retail Merchandiser Team Lead at Retail Odyssey is responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Retail Merchandisers. This role focuses on ensuring the successful execution of merchandising activities and enhancing the shopping experience for customers within the Kroger family of brands. The Team Lead will provide guidance and support to their team, ensuring that all services, including merchandising and product displays, align with industry standards.

• Proficient with technology.
