Responsibilities

  • Increase sales volume through perfect on-shelf execution and product availability.
  • Build relationships quickly with store leadership and associates.
  • Resolve out-of-stock issues and improve shelf presence of Procter & Gamble items.
  • Implement product merchandising and display building strategies.
  • Utilize data to identify problems and implement action plans within a territory of up to 20 stores.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) preferred.
  • Solid background in relationship building and overcoming obstacles to improve sales.
  • Hands-on mentality to resolve and execute at store level.
  • Intermediate ability level in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
